|Recommended: YesI’m New To The Area — I moved here in June. Coming from a lake area I really tough was going to be hard to the adjustment but as sooner as I walked into The Trailpoint office Alba and Lina were amazing Alba helped me with all my paperwork from the beginning she made things easy for me. The complex is quit, everyone around are very nice. The complex just remodeled the pool and doing more upgrades to the property. The are is surrounded with very nice walking trails and some water duck ponds . The complex also have a small fishing ponds, nice for fishing and family gathering. Most of all they love pets 😍

|Recommended: YesI Enjoy Trailpoint At The Woodlands — I enjoy Trailpoint. I have been a resident for 4 years. It's quite , my neighbors are friendly and helpful. The front office rains glitter with Lina and Alba . They're sweet delights Douglas, is of course amazing Everyone is Peachy, no complaints. I would recommend my friends to stay here .Of course, why not 4 years and counting....

|Recommended: Yes1 Year And Going — The original Management company was awesome. Not so sure about the new company. I hate the app they use, it’s the same as a dump I rented in Houston. It’s not user friendly and hard to track your payments or maintenance requests. Not a good sign of what’s to come. They jacked up the rent 200 in a years time. Maintenance is timely but the problem is not always fixed even though they say it is

|Recommended: YesTrailpoint Is Aight — The property keeps getting sold to new owners. Things are always changing. There’s no place for my son to play and there’s always ALWAYS dog poop in the grassy areas where he could play, but I don’t let him. But when it come to timeliness of maintenance and kind office staff this place is great. However, it seems there’s always something breaking that I’m calling about, or when it comes to getting information about the new property owners. Anyways, it’s a good, affordable place to live.

|Recommended: YesThe Front Desk — Unfortunately, the front desk staff has not been helpful at all since the transition of our new management. They have been uncooperative and have provided me with incorrect information.
Moreover, I had requested the front desk staff to submit my proof of renters insurance to the management office on my behalf, they had said that I would just have to email my proof of insurance as they system was currently down and could not be uploaded. However, upon checking with the management office, I was informed that they did not receive any such document from the front desk staff. I find this to be very unprofessional and irresponsible, as I am now being charged for their default renters insurance
I have visited the front desk several times to seek their assistance about a gutter that has been disconnected and is now hanging off of my roof, but each time, they have been dismissive and unhelpful.
I request that you take immediate action to address this issue and provide me with a resolution. I believe it is important for the front desk staff to be professional and helpful to the tenants, especially those who are new to the building.

|Recommended: NoBad New Ownership — Whatch out new ownership fees dumpster are small the dumpster near building 9 is always overflowing with extra trash plus trash flying all over property creating flies and parking spot hard to get around building 9 10 and 11 stop putting reserved parking spots we pay enough with these extra fees coming from a bad already new ownership

|Recommended: NoJust Don't. — Have lived here since July of 22 and have issued from the start. We started with a roach infestation, multiple electrical issues, account problems and much more. It always seems to be something and they always have some reason for the issue taking fore er to be resolved.
