    Standard $500.00; $1,500.00 if approved with conditions; Jetty deposit alternative or Home Body deposit alternative.
  • How much of the security deposit is refundable?

    Deposit alternative policies through Jetty/Home Body are not refundable, but they cover outstanding balances up to the policy amount.
  • Is there an application fee?

    $100 per person over the age of 18.
  • Is there a late fee for overdue payments? Is there a grace period?

    Yes, 10% late fee is charged on the 6th of the month.
  • Is renter's insurance required?

    Liability coverage of $100,000 is required.
  • Can I apply online?

  • Are there qualifications - income, credit history checks, criminal history, rental history, etc.?

    Minimum monthly earnings must equal 3× rent. Credit, rental, and criminal background checks are conducted with every application.
  • What fees/deposits are due upon applying? Moving in?

    $100 application fee + $150 admin fee + prorated rent.
  • Do I have to pay first & last month's rent?

    No.
  • When is rent due?

    On the first day of every month.
  • How can I pay my rent? What forms of payment are acceptable?

    Online payments, MoneyGram, checks, and money orders are accepted.
  • Are utilities included?

    No.
  • What utilities are not included in the rent?

    Water/sewer, pest control, trash, storm drain fees.
  • What costs are not included in the rent?

    VIP parking.
  • What is the average cost for utilities each month?

    For conduct issues, non-payment of rent, health hazards, or as covered in the TAA and NAA lease contract.
  • What happens if I need to move out before my lease expires?

    Penalties included in the lease contract will be exercised.
  • Are there any fees associated with moving in or moving out?

    Yes.
  • Can the apartment be listed on AirBnB?

    No.
  • How often is there a rent increase?

    Upon renewal.
  • What are the occupancy limits?

    2 people in 1 bedroom; up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms.
  • Can the apartment be sublet?

    No.
